The largest range of delicious Australian cheeses ever seen in one location in
Brisbane will be available to taste, savour and buy at Brisbane’s Big Cheese Bite.

Brisbane’s Big Cheese Bite is for the public and food service industry to recognise, celebrate, taste and learn about artisan cheeses made in Australia by specialty cheese producers.

This community event offers the largest range of Australian-made cheeses ever seen
in one location. Cheese producers will offer free tastings of award winning cheeses,
plus a wide range of their produce will be available for sale. In addition to cheese,
other fabulous food and gourmet goods will be available, as well as wine and beer.

A crowd of around 10,000 is expected to take part in the day’s fun and festivities.

There will be lots of colour, sound, movement and live music with Afro-Cuban Salsa band Chu’kale’, audience-interactive Latin dancing from Vida Latina, together with Dancing Queen, street entertainers and comedy. For the kids there are rides, face painting and
Natty Satty’s cool reggae beats.
