Things to bring
Brisbane Cheese Awards is an all weather event, so be prepared. Sunscreen, hat, umbrella & small esky if purchasing cheese. No BYO food or alcohol.

Portside Wharf is located in a picturesque location alongside the Brisbane River with a multitude of popular amenities close by.
Car
To and from the City
If you are heading from the city follow Kingsford Smith Drive along the Brisbane River, past Racecourse Road and turn right into Harbour Road.
To and from the Airport
Portside Wharf is just 7 kilometres from the Domestic and International Airports - accessed quickly and conveniently along Kingsford Smith Drive.
To the Sunshine and Gold Coasts
Portside Wharf is located close to the Gateway Motorway, giving you easy access to both the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
Car Parking
Car parking on site is a breeze with 350 public car spaces. Portside Wharf offers you the choice of both undercover parking and curb side parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Bus Stop
If you are leaving the city catch bus 303 from Elizabeth St (Stop 81) to Remorad Road, at the intersection of MacArthur Avenue, right on the doorstep of Portside Wharf. Alternatively if you are leaving the city catch bus 300 on Adelaide Street at City Hall (Stop 18) to the Bretts Wharf bus stop - just 200m from Portside Wharf. Rail

Walk
Riverside walkways and the Hamilton Recreational Park are both close by. The network of walkways and paths surrounding Portside Wharf is also great for cyclists

Pass outs are available at the gate.
Security
While you are entering, attending or leaving the event you will be required to follow commands from Event Organisers and Security. This is to keep the event safe. If you need help or see anyone in need please notify Security immediately. Under extreme and unlikely circumstances the entire site may need to be evacuated. You will be asked to follow instructions and directions from Police, Fire Brigade or Security.
